This scheme was set up in 2003 for those families who wish to reduce that financial burden when the time comes, rather than to make full arrangements through the Perfect Assurance system.
The vouchers are available in multiples of £10.00, and for each purchase £11.00 of Funeral Vouchers will be issued towards the eventual cost of the funeral, see terms and conditions.
The purchase of vouchers allows you to spend as much or as little, as you want at any one time, rather than having to find the full funding for a pre-purchased funeral plan.
No age or health restrictions apply.
Your money is kept safe by A.W.Lymn, and is only released for their use after the Vouchers are either redeemed towards part of the cost of the funeral expenses, or on cancellation by you.

In the event of Vouchers being used towards the cost of the funeral within six months of their purchase, or the Vouchers being redeemed, the original ammount paid will be allowed, and not the 10% increased value. The original Voucher must be produced and surrendered at the time of arranging the funeral or applying for Voucher redemption.
Funerals: Only the original ammount paid will be allowed towards the cost of the funeral if the Voucher has not been held for at least six months.
Redemption: If the Vouchers are redeemed, only the original ammount paid, less any management fee, will be refunded by cash or cheque. |
