St. Albans House was opened in 1995 by Alison Madaford the President of the National Assocation of Funeral Directors.  It is now run jointly by Mark Ridout and Kirsty Payne who between them have a very good knowledge of the Arnold’s people, ministers, churches and customs, and are both qualified with the National Association of Funeral Directors Diploma, and Mark with the British Institute of Embalmers exams.  They will both be more than pleased to offer any assistance which you require, whether this is ’at need’, or simply an enquiry for the future.  The office is open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 to 12:30 on Saturday.
