Standard House was opened in June 2005 by H. M. Coroner for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, Dr. Nigel Chapman to better serve the families of Mansfield. Elaine Jones who lives locally manages the office, and is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. She is assisted by a full compliment of staff including Jonathan Baker who used to manage the office, who are all based at Mansfield Woodhouse only two miles away.
