We have available to hire two different types of motorbike based hearses, the main feature shows various makes and models of motorbike with custom built sidecar hearses, and the final item is a motortrike and trailer. Each of these vehicles must travel to be used by us, and their availability must be checked on each individual basis.
The bikes are all supplied by the original ’Motorcycle Funerals’ company in the UK, a firm who specialise in supplying motorbikes specifically for funerals, have a team of experienced riders, and now design and build the vehicles themselves.
The trike shown at the end of this section comes from another firm.

The Ultimate Send Off for the Ultimate Rider with the fastest production line bike in the world. Fast, sleek, popular with racers, marshals and sport enthusiasts. Finished to a high standard it was featured on Fifth Gear, Robbie Coltrane’s B-Road Britain, and tested by Fast Bikes Magazine, with whom it broke the World Record for the fastest hearse.
The Hyabusa won ’Best Modern Hearse’ at the Hearse of the Year in 2004, and after two years service was reconstructed with sidecar racing experts. Today it can do the ’Ton Twenty’ but this is dependent on finding a suitable place, the law and weather! As such, we advise a simple burst instead! |
