These coffins either have a real wood veneer applied in a traditional manner or are solid Paulownia, which is a fast growing, foreign hardwood which is ready to harvest in seven years, and therefore has minimum impact on the environment.

A veneered coffin, with a raised lid and double moulding.  It is stained to give a mahogany effect, and finished with six Thames dark wood handles with wooden bars, matching wreath holders and a breast plate.

Veneered coffin with a flat lid.  It has a rosewood effect finish with engraved melrose panels throughout, and is complemented by six Rose handles, matching wreath holders and breast plate.

A solid coffin of simple manufacture with six panels on the sides, two at the ends, and a raised lid.  It is stained to resemble mid-oak, and fitted with six Laurel handles, six matching wreath holders, and a breast plate.  (There is no choice of fittings on this coffin).
