We have many different options available each offering a unique set of features, but before choosing it is perhaps worth taking a look back at the life of your loved one as this may point to the type of coffin or casket that would best represent their unique life.

The FSC or Forestry Stewardship Council is an international, nongovernmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests. It was founded in 1993 in response to public concern about deforestation and demand for a trustworthy wood-labelling scheme.
FSC Oak of correct grade and widths is not always available in the timber market. Given this we may use an alternative Oak, proven sustainable, with similar accreditations.

The Diamant Series is a collection of contemporary coffins from the Scandinavian design studio Jacob Jensen Design. A timeless and universal line of coffins and urns developed in partnership with established coffin manufacturer Tommerup Kister. The series comprises of three coffins, the Diamant 14, Diamant 26 and Diamant 32. The coffins have either 14, 26 or 32 facets, and it is these numbers that also give their names.
These caskets are imported in one size only - families must therefore be aware that they may not be large enough for all adult sizes. Further, the wood caskets are too big to be accommodated at some crematoria and even when they are acceptable the sprung bed must be removed and replaced with a combustible bed. Each of these caskets includes the use of an automatic lowering device for the burial if requested.

These caskets are offered as a range above our Wood and Metal American Style Caskets, and whilst we accept that they appeal to a very limited number of our clients, they are shown to illustrate the extent of our range. These may not be kept in stock and delivery dates vary depending on whether they have to be shipped in from America. We have an entire range of coffins and caskets available which we usually use for the funeral of a child or young person under the age of 18. Each is individually manufactured on a bespoke basis, and as such a certain period is often needed to get the coffin or casket made. All of our other coffins and caskets can be ordered in smaller sizes, but time is needed for these to be specially made.
The prices shown are to supply the furniture illustrated in place of the furniture shown on the photographs of the coffins in the wood effect and solid timber ranges and can also be used on the British Casket range. Where the handles will not fit the panels of any particular coffins in the range this has been noted With the exception of the H5 solid brass bars and the H12 metal brassed bars all the fittings are available in a brassed finish (as illustrated) or in a nickel (chrome effect) finish
