Who owns City Flowers?

The company is wholly owned by the Lymn Rose family.

Delivery Charges

Collect from any office Free of charge, if you would like delivery it is a set £20 charge within a 5 mile radius of our office, then £1 a mile thereafter.

Do you offer Sunday or Bank Holiday Deliveries?

There is no delivery service on Sundays and bank Holidays.

If the recipient is out when delivery is made what happens?

If the recipient is not at home when the florist calls we will leave your order with a neighbour and post a calling card to let the recipient know where the flowers have been left. If there are no neighbours to leave you order with, a card will be posted at recipient address with the phone number of the local delivering florist for the recipient to re arrange delivery.

Pricing of products

All prices quoted include VAT where applicable.

Quality and value guarantee?

All orders are guaranteed to be of good quality in good condition and with delivery made on the date specified.

What if the delivery is to a work address, a hospital, or hotel i.e. a third party delivery?

If your order is for delivery to a non-residential address please try to provide as much information as possible. Please include the business name, department, hospital ward, hotel room numbers etc. Also please give if possible the recipients mobile phone number.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

We are unable to guarantee delivery times on normal orders. All orders are delivered during the working day (between 9am and 4pm) Funerals are the exception when we will endeavour to deliver at least one hour before the funeral time. However if you have a specific timed delivery we will always endeavour to achieve it for you- in some cases with an extra courier charge.
