Delivery and Collection

We offer customers the option of delivery or collection from one of our local offices

Delivery

We are unable to guarantee delivery times on normal orders. All orders are delivered during the working day (between 9am and 3pm) Funerals are the exception when we will endeavour to deliver at least one hour before the funeral time. However if you have a specific timed delivery we will always endeavour to achieve it for you- in some cases with an extra courier charge.

We have a set minimum £20 delivery charge including up to a 5 mile radius from any office, then £1 a mile – Please call us on 0115 952 6666 to confirm costs.

Collection

You can collect from any one of our 27 offices throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Mansfield and surrounding areas free of charge. At least 48 hours notice will be required if collecting from any location other than our florist shop in Nottingham.
